If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return a standard cord to Paramount within 7 days of purchase date subject to our terms and conditions. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.

Our return policy on sync cords are as follows:
We allow returns on orders of “standard cords” or Catalog cords within seven days. Restocking fee up to 20% of item cost may apply. Shipping charges will not be credited unless it was due to a defective cord.
Custom cords are not returnable due to the fact that they are one of a kind, custom made to fit your needs. We would not be able to resell these cords. We can however convert the cord to something you can use. This would require us to cut off one of the tips and reattach a new different tip to the cord. You would be required to pay for the additional tip picked from our custom cord tip/plug list and shipping charges.
